By using our services in any matter whatsoever, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Host247 will never sell or give away your email address or other information from this database. However, your email address is considered contact information for any host names you register than HOST247 will provide this on request to proper authorities.

It is your responsibility to keep your email address current, failure to do so may result in a termination of your account.

Host247 reserves the right to change this document at any time as well as the services offered and the nature of the services as well as the specifications of the actual service itself.

Payments for services are due on the anniversary date of signing up. If payment is not received by this date the account is subject to temporary suspension and interruption. A $10 reconnection fee will be assessed before service is re-activated.

Host247 clients will not be permitted to distribute material promoting hatred against individuals or groups or any content which may be deemed to be illegal according to the laws of any local, state, federal, or international laws. If a customer publishes material as described above, Host247 may issue a warning and/or suspend the account. If a customer account is suspended due to these violations there will be no refund of any and all fees paid.

Host247 also reserves the right to remove any host name at any time without any warning in response to abuse of the network. Host247 defines abuse as anything that is illegal and/or degrades the network such as to affect other users of Host247 or the network in general. Host247 feels that spam in any form, including but not limited to, unsolicited commercial email, irc messages and newsgroup postings is a serious abuse of the network and will not tolerate Host247's name being used in such a way. If you chose to abuse the network or defame Host247 in any way, your host name will be immediately deleted and appropriate legal action will follow from Host247, your ISP and the related parties.
 

Host247 will not host web sites that archive copyrighted music or full length MPEG-3 files or any music format that is playable over the Internet without server side support. It is NOT to intention to host dedicated music sites. Clients sites found to contain the aforementioned content will be suspended or cancelled at the discretion of Host247

All HTML web pages stored on our servers hard drives must be linked and usable. This provision applies to files of all Internet appropriate formats including, but not limited to graphics formats and proprietary executable's such as those used in FrontPage. Non-Internet related files found in a client's directory will be considered grounds for closer scrutiny and possible corrective action. Corrective action can include suspension or cancellation at the discretion of Host247.

 

Host247 may only be used for lawful purposes. Any use of these services which violates any local, state, federal, or international laws which may apply to Host247, your local jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction that you or your site may be subject to is strictly prohibited.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Host247 from any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting directly and/or indirectly from your use of the service which damages either you, Host247, or any other party or parties without limitation or exception. This indemnification and hold harmless agreement extends to all issues associated with your account with Host247.

Host247 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at our sole discretion. We may deny you access to all or part of the service without notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that Host247 in its sole discretion believes violates any of the terms and conditions contained herein. Host247 shall have no responsibility to notify any third-party providers of services, merchandise, or information, nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting from such discontinuance or lack of notification.

Host247 makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the services being offered. The service is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non infringement, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or information given by Host247 or its agents or employees shall create a warranty.

Host247 provides no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Feel confident that all of our services will have less than 99.9% downtime! If there is a server downtime due to our server faults, your sole claim is a refund of service fees for the day in question only. We will not be held liable for any lost revenues that your service may have generated.

If you are dissatisfied with Host247 or any of its terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service.

Host247 reserves the right to monitor any and all communications through or with our facilities. You agree that Host247 is not considered a secure communications medium for the purposes of the ECPA, and that no expectation of privacy is afforded.

You agree that you as the person legally responsible for the use of the URL to which your host name points and are at least 18 years of age or have your parent's or legal guardian's permission before using our service.

We do not allow any adult web sites.

You agree to adhere to these system policies as published online at along with any documents specifically linked with that document and mentioned as part of system policy, including restrictions on services available with each account type, restrictions on certain features, and all other policies designed to protect and enhance the quality and reliability of service at Host247. You agree to abide by any and all future Host247 decisions.

This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication you may have had with Host247 or any agent or representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and total agreement between the parties.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and said provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
